Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of the mining company Calvista Gold (TSX:CVZ), successfully sold to AUX group (now Mubadala). In Toronto Canada, was Managing Director Emerging Markets trading, at Scotia Capital and VP trading at TD Securities. Was member of the CPSS at the Bank for International Settlements in Basle Switzerland. JIM STEEL – GEOLOGY & MINING, DIRECTOR

Mr. James Steel is a Professional Geoscientist with thirty years' experience in mining and mining finance. He has worked in exploration and mining geology in producing mines and development projects in Canada, Latin America and Scandinavia, as well as in advisory roles, buy- and sell-side mining investment analysis, and resource portfolio management. He was Director of Geology and Metals at consulting engineering firm Genivar Ltd. (now WSP Global Inc.), where among others, he provided regulatory oversight in National Instrument 43-101 compliance in feasibility studies. In Toronto, Canada, he was a Vice President and Portfolio Manager of the largest mining fund at TD Bank and senior mining analyst at Newcrest Capital Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc), Geology/Earth Science from The University of British Columbia and an MBA from the London Business School. Mr. Steels is a Qualified Person under National Instrument 43-101.

KEITH MINTY – ENGINEERING AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Mr. Minty is a Canadian mining Engineer with more than 30 years professional experience developing and operating mines worldwide including Artic locations. Among others, Keith was the former President & CEO of the TSX listed company North American Palladium since conception to >$1b market cap. He has also been associated with premier mineral resource exploration and developing companies such as Hunter Dickinson Inc. and Viceroy Resources, Thani Investments and Stope Capital Advisors, among others. In 2000, Keith was awarded the Mining Man of the Year by The Northern Miner. Mr. Minty obtained a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering from Queen’ University, Kingston Ontario, Canada in 1978 and in 2014 received his MBA from Athabasca University.

LEONARD ASPER – DIRECTOR

Mr. Leonard Asper is a Canadian businessperson, entrepreneur and lawyer. He is a graduate of Brandeis University and the University of Toronto Law School, and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and The Law Society of Upper Canada. Leonard is currently the President as well as majority shareholder of Anthem Media Group Inc. From 1999 to 2010, Mr. Asper was the President as well as majority shareholder of the Canadian media company, CanWest Global Communications Corp. Canwest was Canada's largest media company, and controlled and operated television networks in a number of international jurisdictions. Mr. Asper is also one of the founders of Canterbury Park Capital, a private equity fund. He serves on the Board of Overseers of the International Business School of Brandeis University in the United States where he founded the Asper School for Entrepreneurship and of the University of Manitoba in Canada where he founded the Asper School of Business. He is a Trustee and Chair of the Asper Foundation, and a member of the Board of Governors of the Saul and Claribel Simkin Center, a seniors' housing complex in Winnipeg.

MS. NAUJA BIANCO – SOCIAL & GOVERNMENT, DIRECTOR

Nauja Bianco was born and raised in the capital of Nuuk, Greenland and currently resides in Copenhagen, Denmark. She is the Chief Executive Officer of the North Atlantic House & The Greenlandic House in Odense, Denmark. Nauja had a career in diplomacy and international relations as Chief Consultant for Greenlandic & Arctic Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Denmark and as the Advisor for Arctic and Environmental Affairs at the Nordic Council of Ministers in Copenhagen. Nauja also worked for the Government of Greenland at the Greenland Representation to the European Union in Brussels, Belgium; and for the Department for Culture, Education, Research and Ecclesiastical Affairs in Greenland. Nauja taught at Ilisimatusarfik, the University of Greenland in Nuuk and holds a Bachelor's Degree (1998-2001) and a Master's Degree (2002-2004), both in Political Science from the University of Aarhus, Denmark.

Jens has over twenty-five years of experience in international executive positions. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Board of Grundfos, a leading pump and water technology company with over 19,000 employees represented in more than 60 countries. He also acts as Member of the Board of Kirk Kapital A/S, a family owned financial investment firm with a heritage that stretches back to the world-famous LEGO name; and as a member of The Poul Due Jensen Foundation Board. To name a few of his past roles, he served as Chairman of PostNord AB, the leading Nordic mail and logtistic company owned by the Danish and Swedish states. Jens has had a 14 year long and very successful career in Microsoft, including leading sales, marketing and services in North America. Jens was a Partner and Corporate officer of Microsoft Corporation. Jens is engaged in volunteer work including the role as ambassador for The Danish Cancer Society and for The Danish Heart Foundation. Jens has an Honours Degree in business from Copenhagen Business School (1983-1988) and served in the Danish army in his early days

BRIAN TOBIN – SENIOR ADVISOR

Brian

Brian served as the Federal Minister of Industry from October 2000-January 2002, prior to which he served as the Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador from 1996-2000. He served as a Member of Parliament from 1980-1996, and as Minister of Fisheries and Oceans in the federal cabinet from 1993-1996. Mr. Tobin was named as an Officer of the Order of Canada in 2013 for his contribution to Canadian public policy as a federal and provincial politician, and for supporting economic development in Newfoundland and Labrador. Brian is currently Vice Chair, Bank of Montreal Financial Group. Among others, he previously served as Executive Chairman, President & CEO of Consolidated Thompson Iron Mines Ltd. (CLM), an iron ore mining project located in the province of Labrador that went from greenfield exploration to production and was sold to Cliffs Natural Resources for $4.9 billion (C$17.25 per share). CLM was one of the biggest global mining deals in 2011. Brian is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and a graduate of the Directors Education Program. He has been awarded honorary degrees by both St. Francis Xavier University and Brock University.

DR. HARDY MOHRBACHER - SENIOR TECHNICAL ADVISOR

Dr. Hardy Mohrbacher has over 30 years of professional experience in the mining and metallurgical industries covering alloy design, market development and product application. Hardy has had a long career in the European steel industry working for companies like Sidmar and OCAS NV in Belgium, ThyssenKrupp and Fraunhofer IZFP in Germany as well as with the Brazilian mining company CBMM. In 2007, Hardy founded the metallurgical consulting company NiobelCon BV which is based near Antwerp, Belgium that provides services to numerous steel and molybdenum stakeholders including the International Molybdenum Association (IMOA). For more than 20 years, Hardy has been an associate professor at the Belgian university KU Leuven where he teaches physical metallurgy. He published more than 120 papers in scientific journals, edited six books on niobium and molybdenum metallurgy, and organized 10 international conferences on alloy development and applications. In 2021, Hardy and his team received the Gilbert R. Speich Award from the Association of Iron and Steel Technology (AIST) for work on the development of niobium and molybdenum alloying in ultra-high strength steels. Hardy graduated with a German Diploma (Saarland University, 1991) in materials science and a Master of Science degree (University of Houston, 1991) in mechanical engineering. He received his engineering Ph.D. from KU Leuven in 1995 with highest distinction.

BARBARA J. BUCK - SENIOR ADVISOR

Barbara has over forty years of professional experience. She served as President of the Executive Committee of the International Molybdenum Association (IMOA) from 2017-2021. IMOA is a non-profit global trade association representing approximately 95% of the molybdenum industry mine production and almost all the conversion capacity outside of China. Also, from 2005 to 2020, she was the Vice President, Marketing, Sales and Planning reporting to the President, Climax Molybdenum – a Freeport-McMoRan Company where she was responsible for global sales, marketing, and supply chain planning to molybdenum end users in the Americas, EU, UK, Japan and China. Among others, Ms. Buck previously served as Global Business Manager for Surface Specialties UCB reporting to Brussels Belgium from 1999-2005. She was also a Director and Global Business Manager within Amoco Chemical Company and Manager of Financial Analysis and Strategic Planning for several divisions of Union Carbide Corporation. Barbara has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University. She also concluded the Wharton Advanced Management Program at the University of Pennsylvania."
